Teams of 2 must complete the following:
“2017″
20 minute am rap
11 double kb front rack squats, 35/24# per hand
20 sit ups
17 cals on the Rower (ERG)

11 is for Jan. ! (1.1)

For this workout the partners must synch up the squats and the sit ups. Then one partner does 17 cals on the Rower(ERG), then the other partner does 17 cals on the Rower(ERG).
