*Complete 10 unbroken DB Hang Power Cleans directly into 10 unbroken DB Push Jerks, then put down the DB’s – that is set one. Rest as little as needed to pick up the DB’s up again and complete 9 reps of each without dropping the DB’s – that is set 2. Select a DB weight that allows for completion of each set unbroken with perfect form. Do not sacrifice the unbroken prescription and form for the sake of achieving heavier weight.
