This is a version of a workout I programmed for a team called “Full Send”. That version has Devil Press instead of KBS. Regardless, the purpose of this workout is to stay at a fast, steady pace, resting as little as possible. The more you rest, the harder the workout gets and the worse it feels. You have to stay at “Full Send” or it will hurt more.
