This workout will lead another 4 weeks series looking into energy systems. Today we are using the glycolytic and aerobic pathways. While each movement is dominated by glycolytic due to duration, the aerobic pathway comes into play due the overall duration of the workout, in particular as an athlete begins to slow down.
