HOW DO I START? 

You start with an introductory course that will expose you to some of the movements we do, explain the why behind our program, and demystify nutrition. There are 2 sessions where you will meet one-on-one with a coach. These sessions will teach you all you need to know about training and being a part of the StoneCutter community.

WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?
The StoneCutter On-Ramp program is an opportunity for new athletes who are looking for more of a private setting or who have limited availability to learn the fundamentals of our training. Athletes will graduate the program with a basic understanding of the CrossFit\Strength and Conditioning methodology applied here including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.
For experienced athletes looking for a new home, you will meet with a coach for an assessment, and get started on your track of choice.
WHO:

Everyone interested in training at Crossfit StoneCutter or learning the basics health and fitness.


HOW MANY SESSIONS:

2 private sessions for New Athletes or 1 Assessment for Experienced Athletes.
