While good training and dedication to developing skill and work capacity is the key ingredient to success in our goals, we cannot ignore the key role that nutrition plays in reaching our potential and optimum health and wellness.
Unfortunately, much of the coaching and guidance provided by gyms and boxes today is limited to handouts and pointing athletes to do their own research on the web.
At StoneCutter, we aim to approach this differently. In addition to equipment, coaching, and programming for excercise, we are comprehensively addressing nutrition. Our athletes will have access to nutrition programming and follow up as part of their membership.
This program is for anyone looking to improve their eating habits and live a healthier lifestyle. Perhaps you have been following a nutrition plan for a while now and you are ready to get this aspect of your health up to par with your performance; or maybe you’ve been struggling to lose a few pounds, looking to get leaner, or you need some help setting some goals and sticking to them. No matter what your goal is, we are here to help!
The 12-Week program will include a private, online Facebook group that participants will be invited to once they enroll in the program. StoneCutter coaches and our on staff nutritionist will mediate this group.
Be ready to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle, make lifestyle changes and maybe even figure out the real reasons why you haven’t been able to achieve your goals. You will receive additional guidance and support from our coaches and the rest of the participants in the program, which is a key factor in helping you stay on track and disciplined towards making these habits a part of your everyday living!
