Strict work builds muscle size, strength, endurance, and durability. Combining these movements with short run allow our body to utilize the aerobic capacity we have gained over the last two months to flush the lactic acid out of our muscles as we train. You will hit failure, but it should be much later in the workout that these have been previously. |
